Shock'n'Awe Device

The Shock'n'Awe Prototype is a Device that is inbuilt onto the Target Dummy MK III and Volcom Outpost. It makes the ship unable to fire its weapon and launches a Target Dummy Missile that does about 50 damage with a 28 splash damage.
