The Grand Paxian Salvation is a tech 0 defensive item inbuilt onto most of the tech 21~22 Paxian ships.
Upon activation, the device triggers a Paxian Armor X tweak, boosting your shield recharge by +600 and reducing your vulnerability to damage by -50% for 10 seconds. The device takes 100 energy to charge and recharges at a rate of 2.2/s.
