The Blue Empire is a place of respect and knowledge, though still reliant on bots. If you travel to the Blue Royal Court, The Blue Emperor would probably be willing to teach you his secrets, in exchange for a favor or two. The man who earns The Blue Emperor's respect may even earn the honor to face him, and his bots, in combat in The Blue Emperor's Stadium, for a fitting prize: The Emperor's Favor. Blue Outback and Blue Suburbia, as an aside, are two must-see locales in the region.
