Arctia is the galaxy of ice with some chilly new AI and items, found off of Deep Space.

Frozen massif.

The new AI ships each play diverse rolls and are somewhat class specific, this area introduces two new bosses, Lord Borean & Lady Aurora.

The icy asteroid ring around Arctia drops Metals, Silicon, Fermium, and Solar Prisms.
