Inbuilt onto the Absolution (Ship).
It requires 6,000 energy and charges at 50 energy/second, it creates a Salvation which sends a blinding light around the ship making it hard for players to see, the diametre of the light is about 900 distance then dissapears, during this process there is a shield regen tweak.
