The Hephaestus Machine is built from a Blueprint obtained from Pretender Hephaestus, it is desired by many for its overall great stats as they make it a formidable upgrade over lower tech freighters, although it is on par with the rarer and more expensive Pax Levitas after its augmenter count was reduced to 3 from 4. It's most commonly used by Shield Monkeys and Engineers due to it being a support freighter.
