The Mad Scientist is an uber AI located in The Mad Scientist's Cell, off of Lunacy, who is quick to pulverize anyone crazy enough to distract him from his hare-brained experiments. He has ~176k shields, and has diffusers to laser, energy, and heat at 37%. He is guarded by his swarm of butterflies.

He is primarily killed for his brain, which happens to be the commodity for training remote control level 18 and electrical engineering level 20. He is also known to drop various gear that lives up to his name, including the Madman Charger, Mad Thorax and the Mad Scientist's Augmenter.
