Found as loot from Dungeons as well as prospected, Promethium Crystals can be broken down into Promethium. This can be incredibly useful if you're using an energy that requires Promethium fuel, or if you need a lot to build something.
With the Enrichment Crystallizer, Promethium Crystals can be converted into Crystallized Enriched Nuclear Material which when broken down gives you Enriched Nuclear Material.
