Kalthi Depths
Perilous Perilous Space is an extension of Perilous Space comprising all Danger Factor 400+ galaxies. The zone was added to Star Sonata with the universe reset on the 29th of January 2015, and with it added 15 new non-seafood Tech 22 ships in addition and a wide arrangement of new commodities and gear.
For those willing to risk the potential high repair cost and the merciless taste of being utterly annihilated, the rewards can be well worth the effort, with the best gear in the game currently coming from the zone.

Bosses
With great gear comes an even greater challenge, and Perilous Perilous Space is a prime example of this. There are many different bosses, each with their own unique set of drop tables.
Birds
Some of the bosses include the stealthy Harrier and Caracara, significantly strengthened versions of the Hawk and Roc, which are completely invisible except when firing. This can make them difficult to kill, especially when one factors in their high damage and the added fact that the projectiles they launch can bunch up, creating high burst damage that require high survivability to survive.

Kalthi
The Kalthi have a strong presence in Perilous Perilous Space, not just in ship numbers but also in gear. Their fleet comprises of six different ships, of which two are considered bosses. These are the Kalthi Terminator and Kalthi Destroyer. Feared by many, these bosses can take down unweary squads in a matter of seconds, with the Kalthi Destroyer capable of doing several million DPS, and the Kalthi Terminator launching a Kalthi Nuclear Missile capable of 1-shotting anything it comes into contact with.

Moonfighters
Driven by their hatred of Terran lifeforms, Selenites and Lunarians fight alongside one another to protect their homes. Originally a Terran creation, they were corrupted and managed to survive the harsh conditions of space, where they grew in numbers. There are two Moonfighter bosses, one from each faction: their respective Avengers, the Lunarian Avenger and the Selenite Avenger. These strong bosses can make short work of those who do not kill them quickly, with the Lunarian Avenger having a strong tractor and high, low range DPS, and the Selenite Avenger being extremely small and quick with very high regeneration, making it difficult to kill.
