The Pax Celestica is a Tech 12 Freighter obtained through the Paxius mission chain in which you explore many galaxies. These galaxies include Lavanite, XYZ, IQ Bana, and Deflector, among others. They spawn inside Paxius, 2 every 10-15 minutes. They cannot be captured, but may be Rad-Exed (citation needed).
