what mission gives these out? and whats it cost to finish the mission?

The missions can be activated by the Nexus Phozon, in (obviously) the Nexus. The first mission give you a Nexus Fighter Bay and one Nexus Drone Fighter. After completing that, every mission after will simple give you more fighter.
