Envelopment Device

The Envelopment Device is a device that is inbuilt on a Wingship
It requires 60 energy and charges at 4 energy/second, it creates an envelopment barrier that blocks shots that aren't ethereal over 80 distance in diameter. How long the barrier lasts will depend on how much damage it can take, it will disappear after 20 seconds.
