Homing Beacons

Items that, when equipped, add visibility to your ship. Adding visibility is useful for a Seer or Sniper to be seen by his allies or teammates so he can be put in the squad before a run, receive healing and for luring AI out farther in order to separate them from the pack while doing a DG.
