Quantum Reach adds +2% Range to tractors per level, at a cost of 50 skill points. This skill requires Imperial seals to train. --- NOTE : This description, and the ingame description, is in error. This skill infact provides a +bonus to weaponry range. Not to the range of tractor beams! -- Paladinofdoom
