The Enforcer is a tech 5 ship used by both AI and players. It is available as part of a mission series in Sol. To complete the missions you must be level 50 or above. 50 Enforcer ranks can be traded in for one Enforcer. They are not capturable.
It is often used by Uber Noobs, as high leveled players can get enforcers easily. The usual market price for one is between 50 million and 200 million (2008 Aug. 09. ~150mil). It cannot be capped however as the Enforcer Blocker gives +100% Resistance to Neutron.
