The Mad Scientist is an uber AI located in Lunacy, who is quick to pulverize anyone crazy enough to distract him from his hare-brained experiments.
He is primarily killed for his brain, which happens to be the commodity for training remote control level 18 and electrical engineering level 20. He is also known to drop various gear that lives up to his name, including the Madman Charger and the Mad Scientist's Augmenter.
Upon the death of the Mad Scientist, all players in Lunacy are locked out of the galaxy for 3 days.
