The Kelvin Dragon Breath is a tech 6 weapon device that is inbuilt onto the Ancient Dragon Form. 
It requires 1,000 energy and charges at 200 energy/second. It creates 3x burst-fired Kelvin Dragon Breaths, one Kelvin Dragon Breath creates 3 multifired shots of heat that do 111 heat damage each, which makes 333 per Kelvin Dragon Breath, which makes 1,000 heat damage per use. The Kelvin Dragon Breath also creates Large Fires when each shot hits an enemy (so 9 Large Fires per use), however the Ancient Dragon Form of which it was fired from also gets Large Fires created in its hull per Kelvin Dragon breath (so 3 Large Fires per use).
This device also has a knock-back effect on the ship it was shot from, not on the enemy.
