The delicate membrane of this commodity allows travel through locked gates; usually available off of the local AI in any DG.
Due to this, however, neural keysyncs cannot be transported out of their home galaxy, as they will not survive the trip.
Neural keysyncs can also be mined for profit and use in Liberty.
