Found in Bipolar on base White Haven and costs 25 skill point per lvl at a max of 10.
"AIs will despise you even more. +1% hostility"
This makes your shots generate more hostility towards AI, a particually good skill for Berserkers.
You cannot have 1 or higher in Subtlety, the polar opposite (pun intended) of Despicable, which makes you generate less aggression from AI enemies.
