The PWI is a reward for a mission chain that starts in [[Serpica (Galaxy)|Serpica]].  Total costs for completing the mission run to about 25 bil (not for the light-walleted), making this item quite rare.

Many balk at the cost (25 bil) and difficulty of completing the mission chain.  To safely carry the PWI, you must use [[Gear Glue]] 20 at 100mil each.  Recently, [[Tweaks#Tech_2|Afterburners]] have rendered the PWI nearly obsolete for merely increasing speed in a straight line.  The PWI also competes with "baby PWIs" such as the Gallows Robber (from Piracy missions), Warpping Paper (Christmas drop) and Witch's Broomstick (Halloween drop).
