Primordial Tokens are tokens that are used to train core skills to Tech 23 at Celestial Encampment. They can be obtained by completing the Daily T23 Skill missions that can be offered by Prelude to Light after completing some pre-requisite missions.
They can also be used to obtain various Empyreal items from the CHS Primordial Light station's trade bay.
Primordial Tokens cannot be put into the Storage Locker, and will decay when the universe resets.
