The Blue Emperor is an uber flying a Blue Emperor (Ship), found in Blue Emperor's Stadium.
He fires two dangerous lasers, but fights primarily through his four slaves in sequence. Until all four are defeated, he is equipped with an Adum's Blocker, rendering him completely invincible. Your only hope is to defeat the minions before you attack.
