Decays into Shard Dust.
Unstable Shard Dust is dropped by Pretenders and their guards in Olympus, and until it decays, it is a non-neurobound version of Shard Dust that can be distributed after slaying the Pretenders.
In this form it cannot be used for anything until it decays.
