Neuro Bound refers to an item that cannot be transferred between players. Constructed neuro-bound items that are transferred off of a base will be permanently bound to the character that took them. Generally speaking, bound items will be acquired through building or by mission rewards. The first items to be neuro-bound were unclean imperial seals. One of the few ways to get rid of a neuro bound item is to sell the ship that the item is in. Neuro Bound items will not fall off of a ship that doesn't have Gear Glue to protect them, however, if they are equipped, they will unequip.
