Expertise Aug
There's a tech20 Fighter Ace Spec ? Can anyone confirm this exists ? And are there any other tech20 secondary-skill augs(as opposed to teriarty-skill) ?

I know ther is a Bezerker Spec from the test server, I beleive there was Fighter Ace and other such skills. I have no other information, sorry, hope that helps.

Tech level
Could someone explain what the augs tech level means?

It might be a good idea to wait on aug stats. Alot of stats are going to be changed due to beefing of normal augs.
