Usually Support Tickets are sent in for obvious bugs or problems that cannot be solved by asking in All Chat. Your average support ticket will contain a summary of the problem or request, a reason, and proof (if possible). It's worth noting that setting the priority to high for each one, no matter how trivial the problem, will eventually cause your tickets to be ignored. Administrators and Developers are very busy making Star Sonata better, and support tickets take time to read and address the problem, so please be patient when waiting for a response.
