A free account is required to play the game. After installing and running the game, you need to click the New Account button. If you have problems with that registration form click here for the extended form. (On the extended form you only need to fill out the username, email address, and password fields.)

If you have trouble connecting after you install the game, please check to make sure that your firewall is allowing "Star Sonata.exe".
Also, some users who have troubles need to select properties on the "Star Sonata.exe" and set the compatibility mode to "Windows 98".
